(More customer reviews)I didn't purchase this item through Amazon, as I found it by chance at a discount store for $20 less than the price listed here. I had just had my hair done the week before with my cousin's $100 Chi which left my hair straight and shinny but once I went outside the humidity caused my hair to frizz. I expected the same from this iron but to my surprise.... no change what so ever!It is still straight and shinny. I am very happy with this product!
