(More customer reviews)I received this item for a gift, my hair is hard to curl.When I opened the package and plugged it in it would not stay on.The only way to make it heat up was to continuously hold the on button.I quickly returned it for a new one (amazon made that very easy).I received the new one within less than a week.This one would not even turn on at all.I am very disappointed.I own two other Babyliss products and am very happy with them, I was sad to have this product be so terrible.
