Best feature: the cord is on a swivel so that when you rotate it while curling the hair, the cord doesn't rotate with the iron (swivels on its own) so you don't get the pesky twisted cords - WONDERFUL!

Worst feature (for me): the handle has a very bright and pretty looking light in it that burns yellow/green to show the temperature the iron is set to, and it is REALLY bright next to my face when I am curling my bangs, and I'm annoyed with it.I thought it was really pretty at first, which it still is, but I actually have started closing my eyes to block it.And yet so cute...

Oh, and the temperature setting dial lets you know the exact temperature (from 125 degrees - 400 degrees) rather than a random temp number (like 1-30, as an example from other curling irons).This might be good for someone.

The cool tip is great!And it is actually long enough and separated from the hot part by a "ridge" of sorts, very functional.

It holds my hair alright - it is tight enough not to pull too hard on my hair but not as loose as other bare metal irons I have had in the past - the tourmaline helps it grip and it doesn't burn my hair.

It also heats up decently fast, I estimate about 45 seconds for it to heat up to a usable level.
